The two profiles are two stereotypical viewers of horror films.
Females aged 15 - 25:
- Likes include gossip, texting and Facebook.
- Dislikes male oriented activities.
- Middle class
- In non-compulsary education or in their first job.
- Low income from part time job or first full time job.
- Interested in comedy films aswell as horrors.
- Shop at clothing stores like Primark.
- In to popular music which is in the charts.
Males aged 15 - 25:
- Likes nights out, alochol, gaming and internet.
- Dislikes classical music, nature based activities such gardening.
- Middle class.
- In non-compulsary education.
- Low income from part time job or first full time job.
- Interested in most genres of films apart from romance.
- Shops at gaming and electronic stores such Game and HMV. For clothes, Burton.
- Into music such Dubstep, High Tempo, Rap and whats in the charts.
By using people in my class who are interested in horror films I have noticed that their isn't a major difference in the type of person who would watch a horror film. Meaning that a horror film can be directed at the age range and still get good ratings.
